103588	Whoever scalps train or ship tickets, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also, or shall only, be fined not less than one time but not more than five times the value of the tickets.	倒卖车票、船票, 情节严重的, 处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制, 并处或者单处票证价额一倍以上五倍以下罚金。
103589	Whoever smuggles cultural relics, gold, silver or other precious metals, the export of which is forbidden by the State, or precious and rare species of wildlife as well as the products thereof, the import and export of which are forbidden by the State, shall be sentenced to fixed- term imprisonment of not less than five years and shall also be fined; if the circumstances are minor, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years and shall also be fined.	走私国家禁止出口的文物、黄金、白银和其他贵重金属或者国家禁止进出口的珍贵动物及其制品的, 处五年以上有期徒刑, 并处罚金; 情节较轻的, 处五年以下有期徒刑, 并处罚金。
103590	Whoever smuggles goods or articles many times, and goes unpunished shall be punished on the basis of the cumulative amount of the payable duties he invades or dodges in smuggling goods or articles.	对多次走私未经处理的, 按照累计走私货物、物品的偷逃应缴税额处罚。
103591	Whoever smuggles precious and rare species of plants and the products thereof, the import and export of which is forbidden by the State, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years and shall also, or shall only, be fined; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and shall also be fined.	走私国家禁止进出口的珍稀植物及其制品的, 处五年以下有期徒刑, 并处或者单处罚金; 情节严重的, 处五年以上有期徒刑, 并处罚金。
103592	Whoever smuggles, traffics in, transports or manufactures narcotic drugs and falls under any of the following categories, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 15 years, life imprisonment or death and also to confiscation of property:	走私、贩卖、运输、制造毒品, 有下列情形之一的, 处十五年有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑, 并处没收财产:
103593	Whoever smuggles, traffics in, transports or manufactures opium of less than 200 grams, or heroin or methylaniline of less than 10 grams or any other narcotic drugs of small quantities shall be sentenced to fixed- term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also be fined; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined.	走私、贩卖、运输、制造鸦片不满二百克、海洛因或者甲基苯丙胺不满十克或者其他少量毒品的, 处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制, 并处罚金; 情节严重的, 处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑, 并处罚金。
103594	Whoever smuggles, traffics in, transports or manufactures opium of not less than 200 grams but less than 1, 000 grams, or heroin or methylaniline of not less than 10 grams but less than 50 grams or any other narcotic drugs of relatively large quantities shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years and shall also be fined.	走私、贩卖、运输、制造鸦片二百克以上不满一千克、海洛因或者甲基苯丙胺十克以上不满五十克或者其他毒品数量较大的, 处七年以上有期徒刑, 并处罚金。
103595	Whoever steals a baby or an infant for the purpose of extorting money or property shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.	以勒索财物为目的偷盗婴幼儿的, 依照前款的规定处罚。
103596	Whoever steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions in Article 264 of this Law.	盗窃信用卡并使用的, 依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪处罚。
103597	Whoever steals money or property by committing the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be convicted and given a heavier punishment in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law.	犯前款罪而窃取财物的, 依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。
