102779	Where a house has been built on the land for real estate development obtained pursuant to the law, an application for registration shall, on the strength of the certificate of land-use right, be submitted to the department of housing administration under the local people's government at or above the county level. The department of housing administration under the local people's government at or above the country level shall issue a certificate of the ownership of the house after verification.	在依法取得的房地产开发用地上建成房屋的，应当凭土地使用权证书向县级以上地方人民政府房产管理部门申请登记，由县级以上地方人民政府房产管理部门核实并颁发房屋所有权证书。

102781	Where a labor contract which remains valid as of the date this Law goes into effect is revoked or terminated thereafter, financial compensation shall be paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 46 of this Law, and the number of years for which financial compensation should be paid shall be calculated from the date this Law goes into effect;	本法施行之日存续的劳动合同在本法施行后解除或者终止，依照本法第四十六条规定应当支付经济补偿的，经济补偿年限自本法施行之日起计算；
102782	Where a labor dispute arises between a labor dispatching unit or an employing unit on the one hand and a worker on the other, the labor dispatching unit and the employing unit constitute a joint party.	劳务派遣单位或者用工单位与劳动者发生劳动争议的，劳务派遣单位和用工单位为共同当事人。
102783	Where a labor relationship is established prior to the implementation of this Law but no written labor contract is concluded yet, such a contract shall be concluded within one month from the date this Law goes into effect.	本法施行前已建立劳动关系，尚未订立书面劳动合同的，应当自本法施行之日起一个月内订立。
102784	Where a law or administrative regulation prohibits or restricts the transfer of the subject matter, such provision applies.	法律、行政法规禁止或者限制转让的标的物, 依照其规定。
102785	Where a law or administrative regulation provides otherwise in respect of the method for calculation of damages and any limitation on damages, such provisions apply.	法律、行政法规对赔偿额的计算方法和赔偿限额另有规定的, 依照其规定。
102786	Where a legal person or any other organization that has the right to apply for reconsideration becomes terminated, the legal person or any other organization that succeeds to its rights may apply for reconsideration.	有权申请复议的法人或者其他组织终止的, 承受其权利的法人或者其他组织可以申请复议。
102787	Where a licensee obtains an administrative license through cheating, offering bribes or any other illegal methods, such administrative license shall be annulled;	被许可人以欺骗、贿赂等不正当手段取得行政许可的, 应当予以撤销。
