6422 3 If the curtain fails to effectively cut off the confined aquifer at the deep part of the foundation pit, relief well may be arranged in the confined aquifer to control relief water head of confined aquifer through design calculation, and reduce the pressure as necessary to ensure no inrushing at the pit bottom. During the pressure-reducing control over the pressure water, the ground settlement outside the pit caused by pressure-reducing dewatering shall not exceed the allowable ground deformation required by environment control. 3 当隔水帷幕不能有效切断基坑深部承压含水层时，可在承压含水层中设置减压井，通过设计计算，控制承压含水层的减压水头，按需减压，确保坑底土不发生突涌。对承压水进行减压控制时，因降水减压引起的坑外地面沉降不得超过环境控制要求的地面变形允许值。
