6312 3 For excavation engineering with Grade-A design grade in area of high underground water level, the specific design for underground water control shall be carried out in accordance with Section 9.9 of this Code. 3 高地下水位地区设计等级为甲级的基坑工程，应按本规范第9.9节的规定进行地下水控制的专项设计。
