5962 21.1.2 The construction procedures for grouts of structural member enlarged section as well as the items in need of acceptance according to concealed work shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 5 in this code and shall meet the following requirements: 21.1.2 结构构件增大截面灌浆工程的施工程序及需按隐蔽工程验收的项目，应按本规范第5章的规定执行，并应符合下列规定：

5964 21.2 Safety Review of Construction Drawings 21.2 施工图安全复查
5965 21.2.1 Where cement-based grout is adopted for structure strengthening engineering, safety review shall be carried out for construction drawings and the review results shall meet the following requirements: 21.2.1 在结构加固工程中使用水泥基灌浆料时，应对施工图进行安全复查，其结果应符合下列规定：
5966 21.2.2 Where it is used for ordinary concrete or masonry enlarged section engineering, it shall also be in accordance with the following requirements: 21.2.2 当用于普通混凝土或砌体的增大截面工程时，尚应遵守下列规定：
5967 21.2.3 Where it is used for dry externally bonded steel, all brands of grout shall be only used to fill the gap between angle steel and existing concrete without regard to its cementation capacity. 21.2.3 当用于干式外包钢工程时，不论采用何种品牌灌浆料，均仅作为充填角钢与原混凝土间的缝隙之用，不考虑其粘结能力。
5968 21.2.4 Where the safety requirements of this section in this code are inconsistent with other standards or specifications, the strengthening and reconstruction engineering of building structure shall be in accordance with the requirements of this code. 21.2.4 当本规范本节的安全规定与其他标准规范不一致时，对建筑结构加固改造工程应按本规范的规定执行。
5969 21.3 Surface Treatment 21.3 界面处理
5970 21.3.1 The treatment of existing structure member surface (namely adhesive surface) shall meet the following requirements: 21.3.1 原构件界面 （即粘合面）处理应符合下列规定：
5971 21.3.2 The roughened concrete or masonry members shall be painted with structural interfacial adhesive (agent) selected in design and according to its process. 21.3.2 对打毛的混凝土或砌体构件，应按设计选用的结构界面胶 （剂）及其工艺进行涂刷。
