3525 18.2.1 The existing structures and structure members shall not only be cleaned up and finished according to the requirements of Article 3.0.4 and Article 3.0.5 in this code, but also be subject to surface treatment according to the following requirements: 18.2.1 原结构、构件除应按本规范第3.0.4条和第3.0.5条的要求清理、修整外，尚应按下列规定进行界面处理：
3526 18.2.2 The degraded operation function of the ATC system shall meet the design requirements. 18.2.2 ATC系统降级运行功能应符合设计要求。
3527 18.2.2 The interface water content of existing structure members shall be controlled according to the adhesive instruction. 18.2.2 原构件界面含水率应按胶粘剂使用说明书的要求进行控制。
3528 18.3 Seal Crack Surfaces 18.3 表面封闭法施工
3529 18.3.1 Before repairing cracks by bonding sealing materials, the surface polishing quality of existing structure members on both sides of cracks shall be reinspected on whether it is qualified; if it is qualified, acetone for industrial use shall be adopted to wipe the surface once. 18.3.1 粘贴封闭材料修补裂缝前，应复查裂缝两侧原构件表面打磨的质量是否合格。若已合格，应采用工业丙酮擦拭一遍。
3530 18.3.2 If primary coat is required for bonding fabrics, it shall prepare and mix primers as required; the mixed primer shall have uniform color and luster, low viscosity, good permeability, no agglomeration and shall be free from the pollution of dust, moisture and lampblack. 18.3.2 若粘贴纤维织物的施工工艺有底涂要求时，应按规定配制和拌合底胶。拌合后的底胶，其色泽应均匀，黏度低、渗透性好，无结块，且不受尘土、水分和油烟的污染。
3531 18.3.3 As for structural adhesive for dipping and bonding fabrics, its preparation and mixture shall be carried out according to the manufacturer's instruction; the mixed liquid adhesive shall have uniform color and luster and be free of agglomeration and bubbles; then it shall be brushed on the surface of primer layer uniformly. 18.3.3 浸渍、粘结纤维织物用的结构胶粘剂，其配制和拌合应按产品使用说明书进行。拌合后的胶液色泽应均匀，无结块和气泡；随即将其均匀涂抹于底胶层的面上。
3532 18.3.4 The fabrics shall be bonded according to the following procedures and requirements: 18.3.4 粘贴纤维织物时，应按下列步骤和要求进行：
3533 18.3.5 Where bonding fabrics, the distance between its edge and the crack central line shall be greater than or equal to 50mm and there shall be no negative error. 18.3.5 粘贴织物时，其边缘距裂缝中心线的距离应不小于50mm，且不允许有负偏差。
3534 18.3.6 Where bonding more than one layer of fabrics, the bonding process shall meet the requirements of Item 5 in Article 10.3.2 of this code. 18.3.6 当粘贴织物不止一层时，其粘贴工艺应符合本规范第10.3.2条第5款的规定。
