3395 16.4.1 The rigid cover plate shall be adopted for fixation and protection of the portal whose side length or diameter is 20cm~40cm, the steel pipe scaffold shall be erected for the portal whose side length or diameter is 40cm~150cm, and the dense mesh safety network protection and guardrail shall be erected for the portal whose side length or diameter is above 150cm. 16.4.1 边长或直径为20cm～40cm的洞口应采用刚性盖板固定防护；边长或直径为40cm～150cm的洞口应架设钢管脚手架、满铺脚手板等；边长或直径在150cm以上的洞口应张设密目安全网防护并加护栏。
