3385 16.3.2 As for welding under load conditions, the most vulnerable parts of structures and structure members shall be strengthened and the following measures shall be taken: 16.3.2 负荷状态下的焊接施工，应先对结构、构件最薄弱部位进行补强，并应采取下列措施：

3388 16.3.3 Where weld (Figure 16.3.3) is strengthened by fillet joint between biangular steel and gusset plate, the welding shall be started from acropodium "1" at one end of angle steel along the direction of the arrow, and then acropodium "2" at the other end of the same angle steel; then the notopodium welds "3" and "4" as well as the welds "5", "6", "7" and "8" of the other angle steel shall be welded according to the sequence described in the Figure. 16.3.3 当用双角钢与节点板角焊缝连接加固焊接时 （图16.3.3），应先从一角钢一端的肢尖 “1”开始，沿箭头方向施焊，继而施焊同一角钢另一端 “2”的肢尖焊缝；再按图中顺序施焊角钢的肢背焊缝 “3”和 “4”，以及另一角钢的焊缝 “5”、“6”、“7”和 “8”。
3389 16.3.4 Experienced professional welding engineers shall be assigned to guide on-site weld strengthening under load conditions and shall sign on the construction records. 16.3.4 负荷状态下焊缝补强的焊接施工，应指派有经验的焊接专业工程师在场指导，并应在施工记录上签字。

3393 16.4.1 The Grade 1 and Grade 2 weld shall be subject to flaw detection; the grading of detection method and detection results shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50205 Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures. 16.4.1 对一级、二级焊缝应进行焊缝探伤，其探伤方法及探伤结果分级应符合现行国家标准 《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB 50205的规定。
3394 16.4.1 The exposed parts of the grounding grid in equipotential bonding of the building shall be connected reliably; their specification shall be correct, paint is in good condition and marks are complete and obvious. 16.4.1 建筑物等电位连接的接地网外露部分应连接可靠、规格正确、油漆完好、标志齐全明显。
