3338 16.1.4 In rainy and snowy days, it must not be welded in the open air; in the days with Scale 4wind or above, there shall be wind-shielding measures in welding area. 16.1.4 雨雪天气时，严禁露天焊接；4级以上风力时，焊接作业区应有挡风措施。
3339 16.1.4 New operation personnel shall receive the three-level safety education. 16.1.4 新上岗的作业人员应经过三级安全教育。
3340 16.1.5 During the construction, the qualified labor protection articles in accordance with the requirements of the current relevant standards of the nation shall be provided for the operation personnel; and the operation personnel shall be trained and supervised to use them correctly. 16.1.5 施工时，应为作业人员提供符合国家现行有关标准规定的合格劳动保护用品，并应培训和监督作业人员正确使用。
3341 16.1.5 In addition to complying with the requirements of Section 6.6 in the current national standard GB 50343-2004 Technical Code for Protection Against Lightning of Building Electronic Information System, Articles 3.4.6, 3.4.7 and 3.8.9 in GB 50169-2006 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Connection Electric Equipment Installation Engineering and Articles 12.1.1 and 14.1.1 in GB 50303-2002 Code of Acceptance of Construction Quality of Electrical Installation in Building, the lightning protection and grounding of comprehensive pipeline shall also meet the following requirements: 16.1.5 综合管线的防雷与接地除应执行现行国家标准《建筑物电子信息系统防雷技术规范》GB 50343-2004第6.6节和《电气装置安装工程接地装置施工及验收规范》GB 50169-2006第3.4.6条、第3.4.7条、第3.8.9条及《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》GB 50303-2002第12.1.1条、第14.1.1条的规定外，尚应符合下列规定：
3342 16.1.5 The requirements on welders for strengthening welds under load conditions must meet thosespecified in Article 15.1.5 in this code. 16.1.5 对负荷状态下焊缝补强施焊的焊工要求，必须符合本规范第15.1.5的规定。
3343 16.1.6 For the operation easy to cause an occupational disease, the special protection measures shall be taken for the operation personnel. 16.1.6 对易发生职业病的作业，应对作业人员采取专项保护措施。
3344 16.1.6 The lightning protection and grounding of fire alarm and control system shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.4.7 in the current national standard GB 50343-2004 Technical Code for Protection Against Lightning of Building Electronic Information System and Section 3.11 in GB 50166-2007 Code for Installation and Acceptance of Fire Alarm System. 16.1.6 火灾自动报警系统的防雷与接地应执行现行国家标准《建筑物电子信息系统防雷技术规范》GB 50343-2004第5.4.7条和《火灾自动报警系统施工及验收规范》GB 50166-2007第3.11节的规定。
