3266 15.4 System Debugging 15.4 系统调试
3267 15.4.1 The debugging preparation shall meet the following requirements: 15.4.1 调试准备应符合下列规定：
3268 15.4.1 When strengthening steel structures under load, detailed construction technical scheme mustbe formulated and effective safety measures must be taken with a view to preventing structural performance of strengthened steel members from being damaged by welding heating, supplement drilling and hole enlarging etc. 15.4.1 在负荷下进行钢结构加固时，必须制定详细的施工技术方案，并采取有效的安全措施，防止被加固钢构件的结构性能受到焊接加热、补加钻孔、扩孔等作业的损害。
3269 15.4.2 After the network parameters have been configured, the equipment and software of the integration system and subsystem shall be able to be connected to each other. 15.4.2 网络参数配置完成后，集成系统和子系统的设备和软件之间应能相互连通。
3270 15.4.2 Reasonable welding sequence and welding process must be formulated when the connection of newly-added steel members and the existing structures is achieved by welding. 15.4.2 新增钢构件与原结构的连接采用焊接时，必须制定合理的焊接顺序和施焊工艺。
3271 15.4.3 The software which requires continuous operation in the system debugging process shall always be in operation state. 15.4.3 系统调试过程中，要求不间断运行的软件应始终处于运行状态。
3272 15.4.3 Where the steel structure members is strengthened through welding under load, firstly the strengthening and strengthened members shall be mutually compressed along the overall length, then shall be welded from the ends of strengthening members to inward divided sections (each section shall not be greater than 70mm) after welding with positioning welded joints with the length of 20mm and the spacing of 300mm~500mm. Pause 3min~5min after welding each section. 15.4.3 在负荷下采用焊接方法对钢结构构件进行加固时，应先将加固件与被加固件沿全长互相压紧，并用长20mm、间距300mm～500mm的定位焊缝焊接后，再由加固件端部向内划分区段 （每段不大于70mm）进行施焊。
3273 15.4.4 If adopting bolts (or rivets) to connect newly-added steel plate members, the existing structure members and strengthened plate members shall be mutually compressed first. Then holes shall be drilled one by one from the end to the middle part of the strengthening plate members and the bolts (or rivets) shall be installed and tightened immediately. 15.4.4 采用螺栓 （或铆钉）连接新增钢板件时，应先将原构件与被加固板件相互压紧，然后从加固板件端部向中间逐个制孔并随即安装、拧紧螺栓 （或铆钉）。
3274 15.4.4 The working state and operating log of the software shall be inspected every day and the error shall be corrected. 15.4.4 应每天检查软件的工作状态和运行日志，并应修改错误。
