3215 15.1.4 At the beginning of welding procedure of strengthening steel members with enlarged section, the air temperature requirements of construction sites shall comply with those specified in Article 16.1.3 of this code. 15.1.4 钢构件增大截面工程进入焊接工序时,其施工现场的气温要求应按本规范第16.1.3条的规定执行。
3216 15.1.4 The adopted monitoring instrument and equipment shall meet the data accuracy requirement and guarantee the data stability and accuracy; the sensors with high sensitivity, good corrosion resistance, strong electromagnetic wave interference resistance, small volume and light weight should be adopted. 15.1.4 采用的监测仪器和设备应满足数据精度要求,且应保证数据稳定和准确,宜采用灵敏度高、抗腐蚀性好、抗电磁波干扰强、体积小、重量轻的传感器。
3217 15.1.4 The connectivity of communication channels applied for the ATP system shall be inspected before commissioning of the ATP system. 15.1.4 ATP系统调试前应检查系统所使用的通信通道畅通。

3219 15.1.5 Strengthening steel members with enlarged section under load conditions shall be required tocarry out by professional organization with corresponding technical grade qualification; the welding operation must be conducted by the welder who has obtained the corresponding position welding quality certificate and passed on-site evaluation. 15.1.5 负荷状态下钢构件增大截面工程,应要求由具有相应技术等级资质的专业单位进行施工;其焊接作业必须由取得相应位置施焊的焊接合格证、且经过现场考核合格的焊工施焊。

3224 15.2.1 After derusting and finishing, the surfaces of the strengthening part of the existing structures and members shall show metallic luster and be free from obvious concave or damage; if scratch exists, its depth shall not be greater than 0.5mm. 15.2.1 原结构、构件的加固部位经除锈和修整后,其表面应显露出金属光泽,且不应有明显的凹面或损伤;若有划痕,其深度不得大于0.5mm。
