3207 15.1.2 Before the inspection of ATP system functions, the completion of single item commissioning of system equipment and the static/dynamic commissioning of the onboard equipment shall be confirmed, and the commissioning and testing data and performance index shall meet the design requirements and relevant technical requirements. 15.1.2 ATP系统功能检验前，应确认系统设备单项调试、车载设备静态/动态调试已完成，调测数据、性能指标应符合设计和相关技术要求。
3208 15.1.2 The construction monitoring methods shall be selected according to actual engineering situations such as monitoring objects, monitoring purpose, monitoring frequency, monitoring duration and monitoring precision. 15.1.2 施工监测方法应根据工程监测对象、监测目的、监测频度、监测时长、监测精度要求等具体情况选定。

3210 15.1.2 The strengthening of steel members with enlarged section under unload conditions may be carried out according to the construction procedure of the newly-built steel structure after unloading and cleaning and finishing the existing structures and members. 15.1.2 卸荷状态下钢构件增大截面工程的施工，可在卸荷并清理、修整原结构、构件后按新建钢结构的施工程序进行。
3211 15.1.3 An integrated testing shall be performed for the trackside equipment clearance before commissioning of the ATP system and the ATP system shall be inspected after the equipment clearance requirements are met. 15.1.3 ATP系统调试前应对线路轨旁设备限界进行一次全面检测，均应在符合设备限界要求时再进行系统检验。
3212 15.1.3 During the construction of steel structures, the process monitoring may be carried out for items such as structural deformation, structural internal force and environmental capacity. 15.1.3 钢结构施工期间，可对结构变形、结构内力、环境量等内容进行过程监测。
3213 15.1.3 The construction procedure of the strengthening of steel members with enlarged section under load conditions shall meet the following requirements: 15.1.3 负荷状态下钢构件增大截面工程的施工程序应符合下列规定：
3214 15.1.3 The integrated subsystem shall be possessed of the relevant acceptance conditions complying with the current national standard GB 50339 Code for Acceptance of Quality of Intelligent Building Systems. 15.1.3 集成子系统具备现行国家标准《智能建筑工程质量验收规范》GB 50339规定的有关验收条件。
