2980 13.4.4 As for welds rejected by testing inspection, not only rejected positions shall be subjected to repair, but also be doubled for re-inspection. 2981 13.4.4 For the sealant for the metal hot spraying layer or the coating of the first pass of sealing paints, brush method should be adopted; and the construction process shall meet requirements of Section 13.3 in this Code. 13.4.4 金属热喷涂层的封闭剂或首道封闭油漆施工宜采用涂刷方式施工，施工工艺要求应符合本规范第13.3节的规定。

2983 13.4.5 Where planted bars or anchor bolt steel is adopt to tie bar meshes, inspection of construction quality shall be carried out in advance respectively according to the provisions specified in Chapter 19 and Chapter 20 of this code as well as the acceptance requirements of concealed works. 13.4.5 当采用植筋或锚栓拉结钢筋网时，应在其施工完毕后，分别按本规范第19章和第20章的规定，以及隐蔽工程的验收要求提前进行施工质量检验。
2984 13.4.6 The appearance of motor layers for masonry or concrete members and steel bar meshes should be free from common defects. 13.4.6 砌体或混凝土构件外加钢筋网的砂浆面层，其外观质量不宜有一般缺陷。
