2767 12.3.1 In the design, the substrate type, surface de-rusting grade, coating structure, coating thickness, coating method, service condition and expected anti-rust life shall be taken into comprehensive consideration to propose reasonable de-rusting method and coating requirements. 12.3.1 设计时应对构件的基材种类、表面除锈等级、涂层结构、涂层厚度、涂装方法、使用状况以及预期耐蚀寿命等综合考虑，提出合理的除锈方法和涂装要求。
2768 12.3.1 Prior to steel wire mesh installation, a line shall be firstly drawn to calibrate the installation position on the concrete surface of existing structure member, and the meshes shall be tailored according to the calibrated dimension. 12.3.1 安装钢丝绳网片前，应先在原构件混凝土表面画线标定安装位置，并按标定的尺寸在现场裁剪网片。

2771 12.3.1 Where the girder underpart masonry is partially crushed or vertical and diagonal cracks partially appear on the girder underpart wall, concrete padstone shall be added for strengthening. 12.3.1 当大梁下砌体被局部压碎或在大梁下墙体出现局部竖向或斜向裂缝时，应增设梁垫进行加固。
2772 12.3.10 Coating engineering acceptance shall be included in intermediate inspection and completion acceptance. 12.3.10 涂装工程验收应包括在中间检查和竣工验收中。
2773 12.3.2 For new concrete padstone, its cast-in-place concrete strength grade shall not be less than C20 and precast concrete strength grade shall be greater than or equal to C25 . 12.3.2 新增设的梁垫，其混凝土强度等级，现浇时不应低于C20；预制时不应低于C25。
