1906 1.0.1 To implement the national technical and economic policies in foundation design, this Code is drawn up following the principles of being safe and applicable, using advanced technology, being economical and reasonable, assuring quality and protecting the environment. 1.0.1 为了在地基基础设计中贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、确保质量、保护环境，制定本规范。
1907 1.0.2 This Code is applicable to construction of steel structures in industrial and civil buildings and structures. 1.0.2 本规范适用于工业与民用建筑及构筑物钢结构工程的施工。
1908 1.0.2 This Code is applicable to single-storey steel structure buildings with the height of building no greater than 18m, the height-width ratio less than 1, single-span or multi-span solid-web gabled frame as the load-bearing structure, light-weight roof, without bridge crane or with Class A1-A5 bridge crane at a lifting capacity of no greater than 20t or 3t suspension crane. 1.0.2 本规范适用于房屋高度不大于18m，房屋高宽比小于1，承重结构为单跨或多跨实腹门式刚架、具有轻型屋盖、无桥式吊车或有起重量不大于20t的A1～A5工作级别桥式吊车或3t悬挂式起重机的单层钢结构房屋。
