1041 1 The edge height of cone foundation should not be less than 200mm and the gradients at two directions should not be greater than 1: 3; the height of each step of the stepped foundation should be 300mm~500mm. 1 锥形基础的边缘高度不宜小于200mm，且两个方向的坡度不宜大于1∶3；阶梯形基础的每阶高度，宜为300mm～500mm。
1042 1 The electric lifting device should be applied to maintain when the height of lighting pole is greater than 20m; 1 灯杆高度大于20m时，宜采用电动升降装置进行维修。
